What we do
On Thursday April 16th, the ERP & CRM Network is hosting another SAP Meetup and this one will be special. The event will be hosted in the conference center on the 'High Tech Campus' in collaboration with Philips!
18:00 Walk in with bites and drink
Introduction to the topics
In the past two years Philips has been on a massive journey to reduce their ERP landscape from 49 to 12 kernels, with 108 SAP ERP deployments across business, markets and functions. This we have been doing as part of the Philips Integrated Landscape deployment, which drives the standardization of our End to End processes, IT/Data platforms and ways of working across the whole of Philips.
In this session we will share what made this enormous amount of transformation possible, our next steps on our journey and what we are doing to drive more value out of our ERP investments, by e.g. leveraging process mining.
