Currently we are looking for a senior Change Manager to support a large scale IT program. Over the next period there will be implemented new IT solutions. You will be involved in regular activities such as:
- Change impact analysis;
- Stakeholder mapping, management, analysis;
- Communications strategy;
- Training & learning curriculum setup / management.
The Change Manager requirements are as follows:
- Mastery in Stakeholder management (designing and execution);
- Mastery in Communication strategy, planning, content creation (PowerPoint etc.) and execution;
- Mastery in Training strategy, planning, design and setting up execution.
Duration: Start asap for at least 8 -12 months, with option to extend.
