The job
Our client is looking for a ‘Director ERP Technologies’ who can take responsibility for their EMEA technical ERP platform. Within this position you will be focusing on the (technical)roadmap where you will define and lead the overall ERP strategy to assure stability, performance, scalability, best practices and the move to next generation systems. You will also be responsible for the technical ERP team (e.g. SAP basis specialists, abap developers, netweaver specialists, etc.) where you have the chance to significantly grow the team. Next to this you will be: defining and monitoring KPI’s/OKR’s, analyzing processes and systems, align cross team deliveries/collaboration/coaching and also to support the budget forecasting and management processes. The EMEA platform is relatively innovative compared to other international platforms, which increases the impact you can make on a global level.
Requirements
Our client is looking for somebody with hands on SAP experience (technical/functional) and at least 5 years experience in a similar position. Next to this you have profound knowledge and experience leading technical ERP services implementation and optimization of projects and deliveries; this includes demonstrated project management skills. You have strong decision-making skills and you have the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives. Our client is looking for a strong communicator, a strong visionary, team builder/player, (functional) bridge builder, somebody who has oversight in complex situations, excellent analytical skills. You speak English fluently.
