This partner is an internationally operating retail organization with over 3000 stores worldwide. You will be working at the HQ in the Amsterdam area, this is the heart of the IT organization where all strategies are set out on a global scale. As the organization keeps growing on a global scale and opening stores every month, they are investing in their SAP backbone.
The position
As SAP Successfactors Consultant, you will be the bridge between the business and IT regarding the HR domain. You play a crucial role in gathering the business requirements of the HR department and translate these to the right SAP solution in Successfactors. You will be involved in several projects that will help this organization to keep growing worldwide.

As SAP Successfactors Consultant, you will be the bridge between the business and IT regarding the HR domain. You play a crucial role in gathering the business requirements of the HR department and translate these to the right SAP solution in Successfactors. You will be involved in several projects that will help this organization to keep growing worldwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking the lead in several HR projects and rollouts on a global scale;
- Gathering the business requirements and integrating these in SAP Successfactors;
- Make sure the systems keep running smoothly on a daily basis;
- Stakeholder management on all levels in the organization, both internally and externally.
- Quality control for the external partners.
- Minimal 5 years experience in SAP Successfactors;
- Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and implementation partners;
- Experience with SAP ERP and other integrations are a plus;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Salary package of €65.000 – €75.000 gross per year
