Change Manager

Job description

Currently we are looking for a senior Change Manager to support a large scale IT program. Over the next period there will be implemented new IT solutions. You will be involved in regular activities such as:

  • Change impact analysis;

  • Stakeholder mapping, management, analysis;

  • Communications strategy;

  • Training & learning curriculum setup / management.

The Change Manager requirements are as follows:

  • Mastery in Stakeholder management (designing and execution);

  • Mastery in Communication strategy, planning, content creation (PowerPoint etc.) and execution;

  • Mastery in Training strategy, planning, design and setting up execution.

Duration: Start asap for at least 8 -12 months, with option to extend.
