For a client of Eswelt I am looking for an Agile IT Projectmanager who wants to work for multiple years on different projects. The projects are mainly within SAP but also non-SAP projects. All are mainly on the area of finance, HR and demand planning.
Furthermore, you manage the relationship with external implementation partners and (software) solution providers. Finally, you are collaborating very closely with your business partners applying a fully integrated, agile way of working that includes the business- and IT roles across the various teams.
Amount of hours a week: 32-40
Contract duration: 6 months with an option to extend (multiple year program)
Location: Remote
Starting Date: 1st of May (latest by 1st of June 2022)

The perfect candidate:
- Has an agile mindset;
- Has good communication skills in English;
- Is a team player, able to work effectively at all levels of the project teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus;
- Has experience with Scaled Agile;
- Has experience with managing very large change management agenda, leading a team of people with different nationalities, different levels of maturity and background;
- Experience with large international dynamic environments.
