Who are you as a Salesforce Technical Consultant?

As Salesforce Technical Consultant, you play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining the Salesforce Service Cloud environment. You will work closely with two Developers, an Architect and a Tech lead. The team is looking for a Salesforce Specialist who is proactive, eager to learn things and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• • Retrieve requirements from the business and identify needs;
  • Design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions;
  • Combination of development (80%) and management (20%);
  • Supervise and train end users;
  • Programming with Apex and LWC.

Requirements:

• • Independently implement configurations;
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions;
  • Thorough knowledge of Service Cloud;
  • Retail knowledge is a plus;
  • English, Dutch is a plus.
