For a prominent client of Eswelt, we are actively seeking an SAP ILM Consultant to lead the development of our archiving strategy during a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA transformation. This critical role focuses on ensuring that our data management processes are not only efficient and compliant but also specifically tailored to the unique needs of our organization.
Your Profile and Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the archiving strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
- Gain a profound understanding of SAP ILM functionalities used for archiving across various functional modules (eg, FI, SD, MM, PS/EAM).
- Liaise with architects, business units, and other key stakeholders to optimize our archiving processes and make them as efficient as possible.
- Support reporting needs by leveraging various tools for both active and archived data.
- Execute hands-on archiving tasks as required and perform detailed technical design of the archiving setup in close cooperation with functional consultants.
Required Capabilities:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ILM and its applications in functional modules.
- Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Experience in technical design and hands-on archiving activities.
- Familiarity with reporting tools for active and archived data.
