For an international client, I'm looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with strong consulting and functional skills, to lead work streams, deliver and support diverse projects.
The consultant should be certified in core SF modules, especially recruitment management/marketing, learning management, succession and development, onboarding, performance and goals and compensation. Minimum of 2 end to end success factors implementations, including hands on design and configuration OR have a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and support in the respective modules.
In depth knowledge on SAP On-Premise to Success factors integration is a plus. Experience with minimum of 2 end to end Talent Hybrid integration implementation;
Deployment Experience of implementing SF rollouts including workbook definition, leading workshops, build, deploy and roll-out activities;
Functional expertise in HCM areas including PA, OM and Time Management etc;
Proficient in English.
Hours p/w: 40
Length: 6 months + possible extension
