Retail POS Architect

The Organization

For a valued client of Eswelt, I am looking for a POS Architect. As a POS architect, you will join an internationally operating organization known as one of the Dutch gems in the international retail market. At this market leader, you will collaborate with colleagues at various seniority levels across different countries.

The Position

As a POS Architect within this organization, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT. You play a crucial role in gathering the business requirements of the retail department and translating them into the right POS solution to optimize the store experience for the customer. Your Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead in several POS projects and rollouts on a global scale.
• Gathering business requirements and integrating them into the POS architecture.
• Being involved in designing templates for rollouts in new countries.
• Stakeholder management at all levels in the organization, both internally and externally.
• Quality control for external partners.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of one year of experience with POS systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with POS architecture.
• Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Experience with SAP integrations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
