As Retail POS Architect, you will be the bridge between the business and IT regarding the POS landscape. You play a crucial role in gathering the business requirements of the retail department and translate these to the right POS solution to optimize the store experience for the customer. You will be involved in several projects that will help this organization to keep growing worldwide.

The position
As Retail POS Architect, you will be the bridge between the business and IT regarding the POS landscape. You play a crucial role in gathering the business requirements of the retail department and translate these to the right POS solution to optimize the store experience for the customer. You will be involved in several projects that will help this organization to keep growing worldwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking the lead in several POS projects and rollouts on a global scale;
- Gathering the business requirements and integrating these in the POS architecture;
- Be involved in designing templates for rollouts in new countries;
- Stakeholder management on all levels in the organization, both internally and externally.
- Quality control for the external partners.
- Minimal 10 years experience in POS systems;
- Minimal 5 years experience in POS architecture;
- Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and implementation partners;
- Experience with SAP integrations is a plus;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Salary package of €85.000 – €100.000 gross per year
- Significant bonus component
- 27 holidays per year
